All of our dishes are composed entirely from scratch, in house, and with love and dedication to our craft. We strive to source organic and seasonal ingredients from local farmers, producers, and suppliers, as well as from our own garden. Many of our dishes are easily modified to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, and vegan diets. Please advise your server of any allergies. Please note that some menu items or ingredients are subject to change due to availability.

Our pastries are made in house from scratch, using high quality and / or organic ingredients and our selection changes daily. We are currently offering our Country Loaf, an organic and long ferment levain sourdough with Red Fyfe, Spelt, Kamut, and Rye flours from Vancouver Island Grain and Milling. All of our bread and buns are made in house and a rotating specialty loaf is often available. We offer larger scale orders for all of our baking - whether you’re hosting a small gathering for afternoon tea, or feeding 100 for a company meeting, we will work with you to put together a selection of pastries sure to delight.
